A special 4-hour workshop collectively organised by
Uta Demontis and Valérie Romanin
Opening Your Body to the Flow of Creative Energy
This workshop brings together the Jade Circle practices (Meditation, Chi Kung, Taoist practices)
and Dance (Egyptian dance, Traditional North African dances and Barefoot Flamenco).
This workshop is open to all women (18 years upwards) - no previous experience is necessary.
The size of the group is limited to 8 women and the price is £40.

What to wear : Comfortable clothes (try to wear your favourite colour) and bring a long scarf to knot around the hips.
